Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve by utilizing the enthusiasm and wisdom that comes from growing up. She is an author and health expert presenter, talk show host and producer. Marilu lives witness to the effect her holistic philosophy is having on her daily life. She believes that health is the best medicine to be able to accomplish anything. However, it wasn't always that like that. Her diet was one of yoyos in her teens, and was watching her weight soar. She indulged in emotional foods and felt sick all the time. As she reached her 50's, and both of her parents had lost their lives-her mother to issues with arthritis, and her father due a fatal heart attack-she began to realize that she had control over her own life. The focus was not on dieting it was about health, and finding a way to live which maximized how our bodies were meant to function. She's also a frequent actor on Christopher Guest mockumentary flicks. Coolidge graduated from The Groundlings of Los Angeles. The improv troupe and sketch group is well-known for its improvisations and sketches.
